Click “Manual”, on the left side, then click on the “Manual” button, and you will see the Table of Contents page for the manual. Under “Reports”, click on “etracks Reports” for the updated instructions on how to do the PDE reports and create the upload to the PDE website.

NOTE: We suggest printing these instructions and checking them off step-by-step, when doing your end-of-year reports.

A budget-restricted Pennsylvania school district recently underwent changes to some of their school configurations, and partnered with us, to evaluate the impact of the changes to their school bus transportation. As a result of the analysis, this school district was able to save approximately $177,000. This was accomplished by working closely with BusTracks to analyze routes and eliminate buses, revise bus routes and improve route efficiencies.
